I focus on helping you create a go-with-the-flow healthy lifestyle. Whether you are a busy young student, a struggling (new) mother or a challenged entrepeneur. I will guide you to learn to make better choices with your food, learn techniques to manage stress, get organised and find more balance! This will enable you to feel more in control of your life.

However, when I returned from my latest holiday I discovered my jeans didn’t really fit anymore. Or at least, not very comfortably. Way too tight. For busy (young) women and (future) mothers who want to feel more in control about their own health and body.
If you are not a busy mother don’t worry, this course gives a lot of universal health and wellness knowledge. Also valuable for entrepeneurs, young students and anyone who wants to improve their health and wellbeing.
Why do I teach you these things?
I have spend years studying more than 450 books on cooking, Health and Wellness. From all these books I have personally tried the methods and tips myself. Using this knowledge I have created my own methods and rituals.
Years after obtaining my Law degree I decided to follow a passion I have always had since I was a little girl.
Helping people to use food in their everyday lives to improve their health.
I studied Holistic Nutrition and became a certified Health and Wellness Coach.
As a Health and Wellness Coach I have taught many clients about lifestyle changes and especially about nutrition. In my role teaching for A Wellness Revolution (@awellnessrevolution), I have inspired hundreds of students from all over the world to reach their goals for a healthier lifestyle over the last five years.
It is my passion to help people improve their health the natural way.
My story in a nutshell
As a little girl I wanted Bambi-legs like my friends even though mine were large and muscular. Puppy-fat in puberty is supposed to go away, mine didn’t. The cheap pasta meals in combination with beer during University years didn’t help much either. Being chubby and curvy, I tried supermarket diet banana shakes and low calorie chocolate bars for dinner.
Like everyone else, I quickly discovered it does NOT work! After the loss of my mother when I was 29, I went totally the other way. Very extreme and strict healthy eating. Food and my bodyweight were the only things I thought I could control at that time, being a young mother of a two year old daughter. This was more than ten years ago.
My kids are now 12 and 8. I have gone through the challenges life brings you: hectic young mother years, losing yourself, letting go of a strict eating regimen to adopt go-with-the-flow healthy eating as well as dealing with a recent divorce. Now I know what my mind, body and soul need to stay on track, to stay positive and true to myself. I want to share it!
This course will give you a practical way to avoid fad diets, enjoy delicious food more while obtaining a healthier lifestyle.
